I get quite a few questions on Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT). And have you seen these TRT commercials? They always show middle-aged guys who look like they could win a sit-up contest. They're walking around with chiseled jawlines and biceps that could crack coconuts. I'm thinking, "Is this what TRT does? Turns you into an action figure?" But here's the thing, fellas. You can't just rely on TRT to solve all your problems. It doesn't work like that. You still need to train smart, follow mindful nutrition, get deep sleep, and manage your stress.
