Happy New Year! We are so excited for the year ahead!

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our Patriot Park President, Mr. Jim Adams, who left us on Thanksgiving morning. His dedication, leadership, and unwavering love for our community were felt in every corner of Patriots Park. He gave so much of himself to ensure that the park remained a place of connection, pride, and purpose for countless families. His impact will be felt for years to come.

As we mourn this tremendous loss, we also honor the legacy of a man who led with integrity, kindness, and passion. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know him.

Funeral Arrangements are as follows:

• Wednesday, December 3, 2025 — 6:00–8:00 PM
• Thursday, December 4, 2025 — 10:00–11:00 AM

Funeral Service
• Thursday, December 4, 2025 — 11:00 AM–12:00 PM

In memory of a very special guy, a Memorial space will be set up at Pates Park from Thursday, September 25th through Friday, October 3rd, at the pavilion behind the left field fence. The gates will be open from dawn until dusk each day.

All players (past and present), coaches, friends, family, and anyone touched by his life are welcome to stop by. You may drop off a note of encouragement for the Stinner family, share a favorite memory of Coach Stinner, or leave flowers 🌺.

We are proud to congratulate all of this year’s inductees on such a well-deserved honor. Your dedication, passion, and impact on the game continue to inspire the entire softball community! Special shout out to Shana Treon, Rachel Turoscy, Eddie Bennick, and Jen Horner!

This year was especially meaningful as we inducted our very first team into the Hall of Fame - the 1975 Parkland High School State Championship team! What an honor to recognize such a historic moment in local softball history!

Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate these outstanding athletes, coaches, and team - it was a night to remember!

Here’s to another year of honoring the legends who make our sport so special.
