At Rock Steady Boxing of the Lehigh Valley, we are reminded every day that Parkinson’s does not define a person — strength, resilience, and determination do.

Our fighters show up, put in the work, support one another, and continue to prove that you can fight back.

We are proud to stand alongside this incredible community — today and every day.

Exercise tells your brain to release more of the chemical that helps with movement and motivation, and over time, it helps your brain use that chemical more efficiently🥊🥊🥊

Ten years ago, we held our very first Rock Steady Boxing class — and just like today, a snowstorm showed up too ❄️🥊

I remember being so nervous that day… wondering who would come, how it would go, and what this program might become.

A decade later, we’re still here. Still showing up. Still fighting back.So grateful for every boxer, coach, caregiver, and supporter who has been part of this journey.

Here’s to 10 years strong — and many more rounds ahead 🥊🥊🥊

With the winter storm heading our way, we’ll be canceling class on Monday, February 23. Please stay safe, stay warm, and take it easy out there. We’re looking forward to seeing everyone back on Wednesday, February 25!

I can’t even begin to put into words how proud I am that we’re celebrating 10 years of Rock Steady Boxing this month. 💙

This program is built on grit, determination, laughter, and a whole lot of hard work — and these boxers show up every single week ready to fight back against Parkinson’s. Truly some of the hardest working and most inspiring people you’ll ever meet.

If you’ve ever been curious, now is the perfect time to check us out. You can find us Mondays and Wednesdays, and we’re always excited to welcome new faces into our community.

Give us a call if you’re interested — we’d love to have you in the ring with us.

🌟📢 It’s been awhile… so here’s your “More You Know” moment! 📢🌟

Did you know boxing training improves BOTH motor AND cognitive function in people with Parkinson’s?

That means when you’re:
🥊 Calling out combinations
🥊 Reacting to quick cues
🥊 Switching directions
🥊 Counting backwards
🥊 Laughing at my bad jokes

You’re training your brain AND your body at the same time 🧠💪

Multitasking for the win.

Rock Steady isn’t just fitness… it’s brain training in disguise. 😎

As the snow keeps coming down, please be careful out there. Pay attention to your form if you’re shoveling, watch for slippery spots, stay warm, and take breaks as needed. Don’t hesitate to ask for help if you can.

Because of the weather, the facility where we hold classes will be closed, so there will be no class tomorrow. Stay safe and take care.
