This will be a Hot Vinyasa meant for all levels.

The time is great for when your kids just caught the bus, you just dropped them off at school, or for a morning wake up without setting the alarm too early!

THIS IS A DONATION CLASS RIGHT NOW. You do not have to sign up beforehand.
