Who's ready to make running a high priority in 2021!

Ok... i am holding a beginner's class starting aug 5th... its free any takers?

I was asked to do a 6 month comeback class... 0-13 miles... this class will be only offered to graduates of beginner class however vacations have to be scheduled after 6 no shows your out... remember the mornings when you got home from your run and you felt alive and motivated well.... I'm ready to coach if your ready to commit....
