Coming off of an INCREDIBLE weekend at the Age Group where our very own competed and finished 10th in the WORLD. These pictures truly don’t do any of energy justice, but the support we had from members (both in Ohio and back home) was amazing.
And just a special note the the very last photo is of Krystol and who Krystol SWORE she could never compete against… they’re friends now :)

Something new coming to CrossFit Lehigh Valley 👀 This will be a FREE class for ALL first responders on the SECOND and FOURTH Thursday of every month. Classes will be an hour long from 7p-8p.
We are very excited to start these classes as a way to improve both the mental health and physical health of our local first responders.
We will be kicking our “Train the Line” classes on 9/11 with a 9/11 memorial workout.
Proof of occupation must be shown at the door.
