Allentown Central Catholic Little Vikings

Good Morning Everyone.

It is with great regret that I inform you of the dissolution of the ACC Little Vikes program. Do to the creation of the CO OP with Salisbury, loss of volunteer coaches and little support from our home school. This is the correct decision for the kids, if for no one else. Making this announcement now gives those looking for another team enough time to do so before the start of the season. Allentown does have two other youth programs Salisbury and East Side both are open to anyone living in the city. Any one looking to wrestle is eligible to wrestle for his or her home district.

Thank you to everyone who volunteered the past Four seasons. And thank you to everyone who supported the LV over the years.

Hello Everyone! Youth Wrestling is back at SJV again this year!

The first VEWL meeting of the season is tonight. We don't expect a lot of changes from the league this year. And are excited to get everyone back on the mat.

Open Houses and practice schedule to be announced soon!

The HS is scheduling a team and family meeting. It should be within the next two weeks. We encourage anyone affiliated with or supports Central wrestling at any age to attend.

The fate of the program will be determined and outlined during the meeting.

Hello Everyone!

We held our monthly meeting Monday night at Volpes. There are still some issues up in the air but the group is beginning to plan. Ideas like a summer demo camp, out of season work outs, creation of junior high program and huge focus on current HS recruiting. There is a follow up meeting with the Principal for as early as next week.

As of right now there has been nothing formal from Central that would terminate the upcoming season. Now is the time to support the entire club from HS to YOUTH. Keep an eye out for more updates and reach out direct if you have any questions.
