alliancefriendsoftheparks.com The City of Alliance Parks and Recreation Department is in charge of mowing, weedeating, and maintaining city parks. Also the parks department is in charge of maintaining athletic field maintenance for all baseball, softball, soccer and football fields that are housed inside the parks. The Parks and Recreation Department also is in charge of the Robertson Community Center Pool.

If you've been wanting to check out Raptor Hallow Sanctuary, this is the time! Wizards in the Woods is this weekend, September 19th and 20th from 10-5! Enjoy bird shows, creepy trails, crafts, and more! The team is excited to see you and show off their new home in Butler Rodman Park! Stop by after the 720 Market at Glamorgan Castle, or soccer games at Butler Rodman and Ely, and check some of the amazing places Alliance has to offer!

Improvements Underway!👷🏼 🚚 We are excited to announce the future Lavery Family Pickleball Courts in Silver Park, the Friends of the Parks Pickleball Courts in Maple Beach Park, and the transition of our existing Silver Park basketball courts to The Valley.

The worn out existing basketball court at Silver Park, and the tennis court at Maple Beach were overdue for resurfacing. Due to high demand, we have begun to transition them to Pickleball Courts with the help of the Honorable Judge Lavery, and Alliance Friends of the Parks.

New basketball hoops that are able to be removed for special events will find their home in The Valley at Silver Park, creating tons of room for play on a fresh surface.

Every special project we do is funded by donors and grants, no levy operating funds are used on improvements. We are so thankful for our generous partners!

Exciting clinics and programming are in the works for Spring 27', watch for updates!
