Another great show put on by the team at Bernardo’s Boxing and Fitness last night

Outdoor event right on the water. Team Boston Boxing had two competitors, Kuan went up a weight class to box a very good open 165 and they battled for all 3 rounds in what was an epic elite level match. Kuan came up short in a close decision but both put on a hell of a performance. Congrats to his opponent

Muhammed captured another belt with a body shot clinic last night stopping his opponent in the 3rd round

Boston Boxing Sparring Class starts tonight at 6pm and will run every Monday and Wednesday 6pm-8pm until the end of August

Boston Boxing will be offering a free kids class this summer for middle school and high school students. The class will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30pm-4:30pm starting July 6th

Day 1,032 at the National Golden Gloves in Tulsa

Noelle and Kathryn fought Wednesday night, both were awesome and in absolute wars. Noelle lost a tight decision that I felt really should have gone her way. It was close and a lot of back and forth, but I thought she did enough to get the win. Either way I am extremely proud of her performance

Kathryn’s fight was a war as well that ended in a draw but Kathryn was awarded the win from the tie breaker. Her opponent had won 11 national championships in the juniors.

Last night Kathryn fought the #2 girl in the country and they had an insane back and forth to start the bout with Kathryn giving her opponent a standing 8 two minutes in. She opened up a large cut over her opponents eye and the dr stopped the fight with Kathryn getting the win

Tonight we have Kathryn and Lauren fighting in the semifinals.
