This Thursday, August 6th, we are excited to be hosting a seminar for Jamie Stelmaszek.

-Owner and operator of MUTT MMA and Straits Are Tae Kwon Do Academy.
-8th Dan black belt in Taekwondo.
-Former karate, Taekwondo, kickboxer, MMA , combat SAMBO fighter and instructor.
-Retired Airforce and Army combative instructor.
-and all around good guy who will be bringing us over 50 years martial arts experience.

Part one of Coach Spencer Kraft seminar is completed. We started with warm up's and boxing drills. We moved to fundamental breakdowns on stance, footwork and head movement. We ended with some sparring to bring it all together.

Today is the day we welcome Coach Spencer Kraft for the start of his two day boxing seminar.

Coach Kraft's background:

NCAA Division 2 trained boxer from Northern Michigan University.

Nationally Ranked Powerlifter

7 years of coaching experience

Class will start at 6:30pm at Zen 24 Hour Fitness

Please bring a pair of boxing gloves and mouth guard.

We are excited and grateful for coach Kraft to educate us this week. See you all there!
