I recently had the chance to sit down with an incredible influencer, innovator and contrarian - Dr. Bill DeMarco. In this episode Bill and I talk about how Leaders by Design came about. Bill is equal parts academic and practitioner. I call him a good trouble maker. This allows Bill to have a unique perspective on leadership, life and innovation. He thinks outside the box. A graduate of the Citadel, Bill served in the U.S. Air Force before retiring with the rank of Colonel (thank you for leading so effectively). He now Chief Innovation and Development (AUiX) Officer.
