Delta Life Fitness (DLF) is looking for an outgoing, passionate, and enthusiastic to lead a group of women through their fitness journey and empower them to become their best selves. This role is perfect for students, athletes or fitness enthusiast looking for part time job ranging from early morning to late afternoons and the occasional Saturdays. No need to stress over programing your own workouts or filling up your class. We have that covered.
DLF Trainers:
Believe in the life-changing effects fitness has on women's lives
Believes there are no quick fixes when it comes to health and fitness
Are excited about standing in front of a group of ladies and leading them through an intense and fun workout
Our trainers are responsible for 2 things...
Putting on a fun, energetic class that makes our ladies excited to come back
Helping new ladies, who are trying our program out for the first time, choose the best membership option for their goals.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $13.00 - $17.00 per class

February is American Heart Month, and at Delta Life Fitness, we're all about heart health.โค
Did you know that obesity is a major risk factor for heart disease? Our 30-minute, heart rate based workouts are specifically designed for women, and our community of women by women for women helps to keep each other accountable and motivated to make heart healthy choices outside of the studio.

๐ It's Test Out Tuesday! ๐
Although we try and maximize variety in our programming, Test Out Tuesday is one of the only times you will ever repeat a workout with us.
We like to Benchmark our performance and let you monitor how you're progressing in terms of strength ๐ช and stamina ๐ฅ
Once per quarter, we get together with you and physically count your reps, weights, and to what level you are performing the movements and record those so that you can see how you are progressing. ๐
So if tomorrow is your first Test Out Tuesday with us, show up a little early to class.
Test Out Tuesdays are also the ideal time to get a Body scan and take a look at those biometric markers. ๐

โผ๏ธThis Tuesday is the first Test Out Tuesday of the year! If you have participated in a Test Out Tuesday make sure to either bring or look over your last sheet and set some goals for Tuesday. ๐ช
If you have NOT participated in a Test Out Tuesday, get excited! This is a great way to measure your progress throughout the year and see how STRONG you are getting! It's no different than a normal class, however you will be given a tracker sheet so you can count your reps and keep track of the weights you use. Youโll do this same workout 4 times a year so that you can see how you progress. Make sure to see a staff member to get everything you need!โ
โผ๏ธWear Red to class on Friday to help raise awareness about cardiovascular disease! Heart Disease is the leading cause of death for Americans! โค๏ธโค๏ธ
โผ๏ธMake sure to wear your Delta swag to class on Saturday! At 11:15AM we will have our Staged Class Photo Shoot! Wear your Delta Gear and bring those smile and muscles!
