Happy Birthday to one of our fearless leaders and fitness manager, Stephanie. She has been with us for over four years, leading amazing classes and our instructor team. Her contagious energy fills up the studios with positivity and comic relief! If you’ve ever taken her class you know you’ll use your core with deep belly laughs and you will surely remember to wear purple!
