Keep the main thing the main. Don’t try to reinvent the wheel. Just outwork the competition with consistency.
Don’t mind me. I’m just over here minding business and getting myself back to what I preach.
I love a good BB Box Squat paired with a Spanish Squat. Why? Both BB Box Squats and Spanish Squats are great exercises to strengthen the QUADs. Not only do QUADs look good but having healthy ones adds comfort to your daily mobility (walking, standing, stairs, jumping)
