It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved WindCrest Warrior “Kodachrome”. Smartie was one of the most special horses to grace this planet. Anything you asked of him, he would do; Smartie would jump the moon for you. He brought happiness and joy into so many lives, and he had a gentle look in his eye that touched your soul. He left us after living a very full, long, and happy life. Today we say goodbye to a horse that has impacted every WindCrest Warrior, a horse so special that his mark will be seen in the world through all the people he helped and loved. Rest in Peace to our sweet boy. “Kodachrome” ❤️

Sophia is a barn favorite with the best personality who loves to snuggle. Sophia has experience in the 3’ Amateur Adult Hunters, NAL/WIHS, etc. Numerous top ribbons in the Adult Amateur Hunters, one being reserve and circuit champion out of 36. Big stride, comfortable canter & beautiful trot. Willing and forward. Owner is leaving for college in September and would prefer in barn lease, however to the right home an out of barn lease is possible. And/or trainer welcome to train out of current barn. Our WindCrest Farms team had a fun filled weekend at the Cheryl &Co. A big thank you goes out to Cheryl & Jay for all of their hard work putting together such an enjoyable and well run show. Leah & Sweetheart took home top ribbons in their first show! Maddie and Doc took home several ribbons as well and were a beautiful team. Jillian and Some Kind of Wonderful got back into the show ring and looked beautiful! Big shoutout to Madison Orr for all of her help & for her over fences rounds with Some Kind of Wonderful. Another thank you to Will Durden & Kelly Carpenter for all of their help!

WindCrest Farms had a wonderful Cheryl &Co. Banquet last night. Jill Mills was proud to speak and award the High Point Perpetual Hunter Trophy & High Point Perpetual Jumper Trophy in honor of her mother and father. Congratulations to Jillian Snapp for winning 6th in the equitation of her division with only one show in the books. Big thank you to Cheryl, Jay, and the staff of Cheryl & Co. Excited for another great year! @ The Metropolitan Club
