from teaching last week in Costa Rica resort. The staff at the resort set us up beautifully each morning in both practice locations ( thank you! 🙏) and I met some lovely travelers. Some who rarely practiced ( or never) and showed up regularly - early mornings - on their vacation! - with open hearts and minds. ❤️ Yoga can make the mundane feel special, and the special feel even more so. It’s pretty cool like that.

Another day, prepared for another rough day at the office.

It’s a tough job but someone has to do it.

yoga is for everyone, and iguanas.

Let the beauty we love be what we do. There are hundreds of ways to kneel and kiss the ground. - Rumi
