Gymnastics is a great activity to teach your children important life lessons as well as being flexible and having core strength that they can implement into any sport.

Holiday Performance Schedule 🎅🏼 Here is the schedule for the performance times for the Holiday Performance on Saturday, December 10th. Remember that you need to be at the gym 15 minutes prior to your performance time( for example, if your performance time is 1:00, you must be there at 12:45). Please let me know immediately if you see any schedule issue, your child's name isn't on the list, you aren't sure which performance time is yours, etc. It is very difficult to make any schedule changes due to accommodating siblings, so please let me know as soon as possible.
