Unity Honeycutt 14U had a strong showing this weekend at Scenic City Traditional in Chattanooga, Tennessee!

Led by Amiyah and her two home runs, the girls battled their way to a 3-3-1 record against some outstanding competition. Being one of the youngest/if not the youngest team in the tournament, these girls left everything they had on the field and ultimately fell just two runs short against the tournament runner-up.

This weekend was filled with stellar pitching, hot bats, and a defense that was nothing short of amazing. The growth, grit, and determination this team continues to show is something special.

Scenic City was definitely one for the books, and we couldn’t be more proud of this group of young ladies.

A huge thank you to Jai, Mei, and Juju for stepping in and helping us out this weekend. Your support and effort meant the world to our team.

After arriving at the fields at 8:00 AM yesterday and not leaving until 10:00 PM, these girls showed nothing but determination, grit, and heart while competing against some of the best out there

The record only tells part of the story. Every game was a battle, and this team continued to compete, learn, and grow with every pitch. Playing on one of the biggest stages in travel softball is exactly why we put in the work.

Now we sit back, catch our breath, and wait for bracket play. The final push starts now.

And what a place to do it, 2026 Scenic City Summer in Chattanooga, Tennessee! A screaming line drive to left-center that left no doubt. What an incredible moment to witness and a memory that will last forever.

All the hard work, extra swings, and dedication are paying off. Keep working, kid. Keep grinding, kid. This is just the beginning, and we’re excited to see what comes next.

This past weekend, Unit Honeycutt got the opportunity to compete in the PGF "Show Me the Money" tournament in Newberry, Florida. The event was packed with talent from across the country, and while we didn't achieve the results we were aiming for, we gained something just as valuable the chance to compete against some of the very best players in the game.

This weekend truly defined the phrase "more than just a game." It took grit, resilience, and the understanding that this sport is about much more than throwing and catching. It's about growth, character, teamwork, and learning how to respond when challenges are placed in front of you.

Now it's back to the lab as we prepare for our next stop: Scenic City. Time to reload, refocus, and keep pushing forward.

Unity had a great outing this weekend at PGF Summer States, finishing Saturday with a perfect 3-0 record and earning the #1 overall seed in their division heading into Sunday.

The girls played outstanding softball all weekend, backed by stellar defense, timely hitting, and relentless effort. Unfortunately, Mother Nature had other plans, and the tournament was abruptly canceled due to weather. Based on Saturday's results, we finished as Tournament Runners-Up out of 22 talented teams.

While we would have loved the opportunity to compete it out on Sunday, we're incredibly proud of the way these girls represented themselves, their families, and our organization throughout the weekend.

A special thank you to Florida PGF Community Network for hosting another great tournament, and thank you to all of our families, friends, and fans who continue to support us every step of the way.
