For what it’s worth:
It’s never too late, or too early to be whoever you want to be. There’s no time limit, stop whenever you want. You can change, or stay the same, there are no rules to this thing.
“Because the sooner you step away from your comfort zone the sooner you’ll realize that it really wasn’t all that comfortable.”
We can make the best, or the worst of it. I hope you decide to make the best of it though. I hope you see the things that startle you, I hope you feel things you’ve never felt before, I hope you live a life you are proud of! If you aren’t, I hope you find the strength to start all over again 🫶

Want to stop the stress with your fitness journey? 🛑
If you’re someone that has struggled with losing weight... Then this announcement is for you….👇
If you want to go from thinking your goals aren’t achievable to hitting those goals and maintaining them, then you have to STOP telling yourself these 3 things:
1️⃣Stop telling yourself that something is wrong with you. < I promise there is NOTHING wrong with you 🤗
Instead, tell yourself that this journey is different for everyone, and it looks differently for everyone.
🛑Stop bad mouthing yourself when you’re not able to get a workout in, or if you eat something that isn’t on your nutrition plan.
🔑If something doesn’t go as you had planned, it’s okay! Just get right back to your plan.
2️⃣Stop telling yourself you need to cut things out of your life (i.e social events), or out of your nutrition < Instead, tell yourself that your goals CAN fit into your lifestyle.
🔑You can still go to events on a fitness journey. And yes, you can still include carbs and lose weight.
3️⃣Stop telling yourself you’ll wait until you lose the weight to [fill in the blank] < Do what makes you feel comfortable in the body you’re in RIGHT NOW!
❗️Stop waiting❗️
🔑You don’t know how long it’s going to take you to reach the goal(s) you have set for yourself. You want to enjoy life!
So you’re probably asking yourself, why does this matter to me right now, at this particular moment in my fitness journey….
Here’s why this matters (or at least should matter) to you most….
You’re not going to be where you want to be at first, but in time you’ll get there 🔑
You have to speak positively if you want it.

People ALWAYS message me, asking about how I went from yo-yo dieting to healing my relationship with food ❤️
Here’s the short answer consistency 🔑

Now, here is the long (and...in my opinion) REAL answer 👇
Yes consistency has been a huge key in helping me get to where I am today, and maintain it…But it was also getting rid of the mindset that I needed to eliminate everything out of my nutrition/life 🔑
When I started eating more balanced, bringing my calories AND carbs up, this is when I really started seeing the changes.
I stayed consistent with my nutrition which helped me build a better relationship with food. (Which I had never really had).
This better relationship helped me trust myself more when I would go out, or go on vacation, etc 🔑
Today, you know me as a lifestyle/fitness coach, which is a long way from from the girl that was scared of food and only did cardio 🏃♀️
Every single one of my core values...has helped me build a business that allows my clients to enjoy the life they’re living, while still reaching their fitness goals ❤️

My biggest piece of advice when it comes to fitness and nutrition…
Not every day is going to be dead on 🔑
👉You will have days where you are more hungry than others
👉Your gym sessions won’t be/feel 100%
👉You’ll have things pop up, happy hour, a friend coming to town, etc - ENJOY those moments!
👉 Motivation won’t always be there.
This is all okay, and completely normal!
Just stay consistent!!
One day isn’t going to reverse all of the work you’ve been putting in 💪
Set your goal(s), and create a lifestyle around that/those goal(s)
Start by making smaller goals along the way to help you stay consistent and reach that bigger picture goal!
Those small goals will compound and really start to add up, and that’s when you really start seeing the results come ✨
Stay dedicated and keep that consistency 🔑
