Bigfoot?!? 😳 Best small town? Glenburn Maine! With a population of well under 5,000 people they still have a great sense of community and fun! Yesterday, the local convenience store held a Sasquatch Calling Competition. It was great fun for all ages! There was live music, food, drinks and of course, Sasquatch calling!! Thank you to host, Tocci’s Checkout Convenience Store, and sponsor, Arbor Distillery, for making such a fun family event. Bar Harbor: How to beat the crowds!Crossing the gravel land bridge from Bar Harbor to get to Bar Island is sometimes intimidating. As you can see from the video, it can be quite busy and you have to be careful of the tides. There’s only a three hour window before the tide covers the trail, so most people don’t venture onto the island itself. But if you have the time and keep a close watch on the tides, you can have a beautiful and quiet adventure on Bar Island.
