We spent February establishing the habit let’s maintain the momentum this March! We have a great line up of special classes to get you on the mat in addition to our regularly scheduled classes!!

Add this therapeutic class to your routine!🧘☯️. Class will begin with a centering meditation to prepare the mind and body for a rejuvenating Yin practice. Then, the focus will shift to stretching and strengthening connective tissues (ligaments, tendons, and fascia), especially in the hips, pelvis, and spine. Incorporating this practice improves sleep by calming the nervous system, reducing cortisol (stress hormone), and shifting the body from “fight-or-flight” to a parasympathetic “rest and digest” state. Beginner to all levels welcome!

💕 Partner Yoga 💕 Friday, February 13th, 5-6 pm! Grab a pal, partner, or parent for a night of yoga, connection, and fun! Partner Yoga is a chance to be in full alignment with a loved one, melt away tension, and awaken the playful child in you.
After a vinyasa yoga warm-up, you will practice leaning into and supporting your partner. Each partner will have the opportunity to give and receive in this feel good class. You may be surprised how much deeper you can sink into stretches and release tension with your partners help.
This class is for all levels of students and not just for couples only - feel free to bring your BFF or come by yourself and make a new friend! Each person must register for class. Spots are limited, so reserve your spot in Mindbody ASAP!
