When we do promotions, I always talk about your goal in jiu jitsu. Your goal shouldn’t be a belt. Your goal should be to be the best grappler you can be. Then you’ll realize you can always improve and the process and progress will be your reward.

We also have adult promotions tomorrow at 6:30! We’re looking at 2 brown belts, 2 purple belts, and 3 blues! There will be a brutal shark tank, hope you can make it 🦈

WE ARE MOVING‼️

Starting October 1st, we will be inside of S&S Training - Meade's Gym! 🔥

We have enjoyed our time at Dormans and we love those guys! This move puts us into a more private mat space and we believe this will be very beneficial to our students and our business. You will still be able to purchase gym memberships through S&S, and it is a beautiful weight room! 🏋️

We are looking forward to this move and we hope you are too! There is no better time to start training than right now ⚔️

Starting Thursday 9/17, we will have Judo with Coach Dignan every Thursday at 6:30 pm. Coach Dignan is a 3rd degree black belt in BJJ and Judo who has devoted the last few decades to teaching and sharing martial arts to our area. His judo teaching is incredibly detailed. 🥋

Are you looking for a way to get your kids active, in shape, or prepared to defend themselves? Need a way to get them more social interaction? This is it, jiu jitsu! 👏🏻🥋

Beginning the week of 9/14, we will be offering a dedicated block for them twice per week, Mon/Wed at 11:00 am. This is a cool, differentiated way for them to earn their physical education credit while learning a rare skill and earning their BJJ rank. We hope you’ll take advantage of this opportunity and get your kids involved! 🔥
