Tonight’s parent–kid class was packed — and the energy was unreal. Seeing families learn, move, sweat, and laugh together is exactly what PA-Grappling is all about.

This is the direction we’ve been working toward with the Pa-grappling and Kids Fitness Academy.

➡️ building stronger movement foundations.
➡️ boosting confidence and coordination.
➡️ and helping kids fall in love with fitness for life.

This parent–kid class was a perfect example of that mission in action.

🗓 Mondays | 5:30–6:15 PM | Nov 10 – Dec 15
👦👧 Ages 6 and up!

Get ready for an incredible 6-week journey where your child will learn discipline, confidence, focus, and respect—all while having a blast on the mats! 💪

Kids will:
✅ Build coordination, balance, and body awareness
✅ Learn practical self-defense in a fun, safe environment
✅ Develop focus and confidence that carries over into school and sports
✅ Make new friends and feel part of a positive team culture

🖤 This is a “No-Gi” Jiu-Jitsu course — that means students train without the traditional uniform (Gi).
Instead, they’ll wear athletic clothes like shorts, leggings, and a t-shirt or rash guard.

We are so grateful for our new space! PA-Grappling in Everett with Centerpoint Training is officially up and running.
