All the songs, different rhythms, dance styles, routines, musical instruments, fun, high energy! Even though we may not understand what they’re saying, thatZ the fun part, too, we don’t need to know and can make up@our own lyrics🤣 But, the point is to take you away from everyday life, on a tropical island or different country..a temporary vacation, stress relief, happiness, good vibeZ with your tribe on top of the physical benefits of Zumba!
