This 90+ degree weather didn’t stop these ladieZ from coming to get their Fit N Fun on for Monday & Tuesday classes!
Summer time, smaller classes, but, classes still on…so is the air!🙂 Come see us! Check out the classes for the rest of the week:
Tonight/Wednesday, we dance, dance! Zumba Fitness classes x2 (4:30pm & 5:30pm).
Thursday at 5.30pm is MichelleZ Martial Mix and Hoop Fit at 6:30pm.
Saturday at 9:00am another chance to dance at Zumba Gold and 10:00am Retro Rose for our fit n fun switch up!
