It's always a blast to see ETS athletes go head to head, not only in the gym but on the field as well 💯

This weeks feature Friday goes to Anne Green
Anne has been consistent and hard working since day 1! She is coachable and brings the juice every session🧃 🔋.
She has a great attitude and comes in with a smile on her face everyday. Anne is very goal oriented. Not only does she have big goals, but she has a plan to accomplish them and nothing can stop her.
Anne we couldn’t be more proud of the progress you have made over the last 6 months. You are an awesome athlete and an ever better person!!
You are one of one. Best of luck this year with wrestling and racing!

This weeks Feature Friday goes out to Luke Klapatauskas 🤝💪🤜🤛🔥
Luke has been making the close to 90+ min drive each way from Medford, WI multiple times a week for the past 6 months. He’s been in season basically the whole time while training with us and has also been completing his school’s workouts in the morning‼️😯😮
We know athletes are busy in season, but when we see an example like Luke, make it in CONSISTENTLY during the season while having a 3 hr drive each time it shows that when somethings important to you, you’ll find a way.... and you do have time 🕑😤🔥
Priorities, time management, and a willingness to do something uncomfortable are all life skills that Luke will be well ahead of most in, far past his playing days‼️
Luke not only showed up, he DOMINATED each session, brought a great attitude and energy, and was always coachable 💯
He’s made phenomenal improvements over the last 6 months as well. Take a look ⬇️

Huge growth over 6 months despite being a busy multi-sport athlete and living over an hour away. It just goes to show you that you do have time, it is possible, it’s not easy, but if you stay consistent, it will be worth it 💯

Earlier this week, we had the chance to go check out some volleyball 🏐
It was really cool watching so many ETS athletes compete against eachother‼️
We did our best to get pictures with all of them, but unfortunately, a few are missing.
