Elite is for the junior whose golf is a competitive pursuit. Every position in the swing is filmed and held to a standard, and players learn to review their own footage and self-correct — because nobody can stand next to them during a tournament round. They dial wedge distances into five-yard bands and drill the lies that actually cost strokes in competition: rough, downhill, tight.

They play full simulated rounds tracking performance by category, then complete a written self-review that sets the next week's practice. It's the most demanding level we run, and it's the one that prepares a player for tournament golf and for a recruiting conversation.

Good shots are one thing. Good shots on demand are another.

Performer is for players who can already hit it well and now need to hit it when it counts. We work putting under pressure reps instead of casual practice, add bunker and flop shots with real landing-zone control, and tighten dispersion with driver and wedges rather than chasing distance. The filmed review moves to the transition and delivery into impact — where genuine speed comes from, and where most junior swings quietly leak it.

Off the club, Performers plan a hole before they hit it — club, target, and a miss they can live with — and start tracking fairways and greens hit. This is the level parents notice on the scorecard.

Reading break. Choosing the right shot. Shaping a draw on request.

This is the level where players stop executing one shot at a time and start playing golf. Competitors read simple break, lag long putts inside three feet, and choose between a bump-and-run and a lofted shot instead of using the same club for everything. We add the top of the swing and the release to their filmed review, and they'll shape a basic draw or fade with a mid-iron on command — for most juniors, the first time they realize they can tell the ball what to do.

They also play a three-hole loop keeping their own score and learn to pick a smart miss, which is the fastest way for a junior to shoot a lower number without hitting it any better.
