Unfortunately, Love-Sweat-n-Fitness will be closed for the next 14 days due to Governor Wolf’s mandated closure of nonessential businesses. While I intend to adhere to this recommendation, I encourage all of you to stay active, whether it is taking a walk or doing body weight exercises. Elevating our moods with exercise is a coping technique I intend to and encourage you to employ.

If the shut down goes longer than the 2 weeks, I will be offering in home training and or workouts that can be sent to you for a fee, if interested. I will send all those details to you as soon as I put a plan in place.💪🏻

Please know I will be thinking of each and everyone of you! Let’s pray this 2 weeks makes a big change, and we can all go back to our normal routines 🙏❤️

Love and Good Health,
Celeste

What is the #1 reason people reach out to me?

I want to lose weight, can you help me?

You have to de in a calorie deficit (there is a lot that goes into this number though, so it is not a one size fits all)

This is just a picture to give you a visual of what 1 serving of cereal looks like. Mind you the first bowl is a small bowl and not my normal bowl to eat cereal out of. The second picture is of my cereal bowl with the same amount put in the bowl.

We eat off BIG plates and larger bowls. Since 1960 the overall surface area of our plates has grew 36%. The average dinner plate we use today measures 12 inches. A couple decades ago our plate averaged 7 inches.

Try to control your portion sizes by decreasing the size of your plate or bowl. Research has shown that smaller dishes can help you feel full even though you’re eating less.

CLASS TODAY AT 4pm!!

Over the last few years a new phenomenon has emerged in the fitness industry with classes and studios popping up all over the world. This thing called “Barre”, pronounced “bar”. There are a few different programs out there for Barre, but they all stem from the same concepts and foundations. So what is Barre, and what are the benefits?

Think toning, think strengthening, think lengthening, think tightening, think stabilising. This is what Barre is all about. A workout dedicated to the lengthening, toning, strengthening and stabilising of the muscles and body.

The name and its connotations can scare some people off as they hear “Barre” and assume it’s a ballet style class where they need to be graceful, co-ordinated and flexible. The great thing about Barre is that you can be all those things or none of those things and still enjoy the class! Its all about taking it to your own level at your own pace and at your own capability on each given day.

Class at Love, Sweat-n-Fitness inside Dorman’s Sports Performance...2727 Beale Avenue, Altoona
Tuesday’s 4pm-5pm
Wednesday 12-1
As of now Fridays 4pm-5pm but starting on October 12th class will be 430pm-530pm!

03/11/2019

Because I believe in this class SO much!! If you have never tried Barre please come this Tuesday at 4pm and try it for FREE!! You heard right...FREE!!
I will personally take care of the $10 fee for you to try it out. 👏🏻😉 At Love,Sweat-n-Fitness located inside Dorman’s Sports Performance at 2927 Beale Avenue Entrance E.
Promising to tone your body and burn fat, all while improving your range of motion and flexibility, barre classes involve performing small, isometric movements, using your bodyweight and small dumbbells as well as resistance bands and holding your body in positions to 'feel the burn'.
