We had a great time this morning with the Southeast Polk Cheerleading team putting in some work on the turf & in the weight room 💪🏻
These athletes brought great energy, focus, and a willingness to work. Strength training isn’t just about getting stronger—it’s about building confidence, improving performance, and helping athletes stay healthy throughout their season.
Thanks for showing up and getting better TOGETHER. We love getting the opportunity to work with teams and help athletes build the foundation they need to succeed — both in their sport and beyond.

All winter and spring, we heard the same thing from athletes and parents: “We wish there was a morning training option this summer.”
At D1 Altoona, we’re excited to bring that idea to life on Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 8-9 am all summer!
There’s something powerful about starting your day by investing in yourself. Before the distractions, before the screens, before the excuses—just showing up and putting in the work.
This morning session is for athletes who want to make the most of their summer and continue building toward their goals.

🚨 IT STARTS MONDAY! 🚨
We’re excited to kick off our very first Summer Morning Youth Training Class this coming Monday June 8th!
This summer training group will meet Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00–9:00 AM all summer, and is designed to help young athletes build speed, strength, confidence, and athleticism in a fun, high-energy environment.
The response has been great, and we only have 7 spots remaining before the class is full.
