Got out for a little bit after work tonight. Was expecting a LC, but got a nice surprise.

Finds from two weeks ago where a old house used to be. Glass buttons, a Goodyears hard rubber comb, and the missing piece to a bullet mold I found a couple years ago (the larger portion). Still nice in Wisconsin, so I'm going to see what I can unearth this weekend.

Had a great time in Ohio, but its good to be back in Wisconsin. Had a extra day off, so I spent it digging up on the East side of Lake Winnebago. 1867 two cent coin, 1867 shield nickle, and a 1869 Indian Head cent with a bullet hole. Someone no doubt got some bragging rights in on their marksmanship many years ago on the Wisconsin frontier. Also pictured, a sportsman button, two glass buttons, and a piece of a doll face.

Searching for gold
Back to the Pistareen field with my little helper to try to find the final piece to my coin.....haha....no such luck with the coin piece, but did find a few more buttons.
