Congratulations to our coaches that leveled up their certifications this past weekend. Our coaches attended a 2 day kickboxing seminar with the Troy Dorsey Kickboxing Organization
Congratulations to:
Coach Victoria Barba- Level IV certification
Coach Conner Quinn- Level III certification
And Coach Julian who got intro Level certified!
We are proud to have coaches that not only push us, but themselves as well!

TempleBarbellClub OHP battle with the evening crew! We kept Chopping at each other 5lbs at a time until the dust/chalk settled and we ended with these top sets and pecking order!

TempleBarbellClub was at the NPC Southwest USA in Arlington, TX. where Terrence competed in men’s masters 55+ & took 🥇

Congratulations Terrence, another trophy for the mantle and competition in the books.

TERRENCE is just shy of 70yrs old and is an inspiration to all of us.

TempleBarbellClub New equipment update. We set up our rouge squat stand w/ Hatfield sqt handles and spotter arms. This thing is a tank!

Texas log press championship 2021 was this past weekend! Was fun to watch but I should have competed 🤷‍♂️

-I got the pleasure of watching some great pressers
-spending some time with one of my mentors
