We’re running a limited class schedule on Saturday, August 1st due to the Scoville Hall Summer Fair! The only classes will be:

📍 8:30 AM — Naomi (In-Studio)
💻 9:45 AM — Renata (ONLINE ONLY)

All other Saturday classes are canceled.

Stop by the Summer Fair at Scoville Hall PM to show some local love, and we'll see you back on the mat for our regular schedule on Sunday🧘‍♀️
