Professor John Veloso Ouano is coming to the 806 from tomorrow through Saturday to share some technique on the mats. Don’t miss this chance to train with him.
All classes during his visit are free to attend, and the seminar is just $50. Everyone is welcome to hang out with us Thur & Fri evening; whether you’re dropping in or training regularly.

Ryan took 1st in his first tournament with 2 subs and tested himself in the absolute.
Diego went 2-0 for 1st in No-Gi and 1-1 in the Gi.
