Featuring Janese Williams
Janese has been a member for almost three years and has completed over 1,350 workouts! She says “FBBC is life changing in so many ways”. She describes it as welcoming, friendly, encouraging and motivating with great educators who are the very best cheerleaders to everyone! She’s gained muscle and has lost 40 pounds and maintaining. Janese said “FBBC has most definitely been a God send to so many people”.
