We will be at the gym tomorrow again to sell the reminder of things from 10am to 4 pm.

We will also be available during the week Monday through Friday from 5 to 7 pm.

As you may all know by now, if not we will be closing our doors on 31 July 22. First and foremost it was a good run, and the support we had from individuals that later became family was astronomical. All good things must come to a end, and you may ask why. Well, the matter of the fact is we have not devoted ourselves enough to running a business and keeping our 9 to 5. Even though it was a unmanned gym, our actual jobs sometimes took precedence over the business, I traveled during and after Covid for work. My partner began traveling again for work, and tried to catch up with a 2 year shutdown. We tried to bring a different culture to Amarillo, we innovated a bit of things that the community took notice and others began to implement. At the end of the day we never imagined the amount of people or events we would be a part of. We will still support this community in different ways in the future and be a part of it. We would like to send a big shout to and the complete health family for their continued support. for his continued support, and his continued to support for the community. Along with others that we have personally thanked face to face as the days have passed.

Our first 5k run is officially in the books!!

The amount of stress and anxiety I have had leading up to this very moment has been nuts…

Not because of the race itself, but because of my expectations for things like this when it comes to supporting community and doing community events.

I always want them to be successful in terms of making a positive impact on our community and eveyone we support..

In this day and age, there are so many people/family’s that don’t feel loved and cared for and that’s unacceptable.. There is still good in this world and we are doing whatever we can to display that good by fulfilling our purpose that God has for us.

Thank you to all the runners that came out today! I can’t even begin to tell you how much I appreciate everyone’s support. You made a huge impact on the Estrada family today! I learned alot about hosting a 5k run and next year will be even better and bigger!!

Posted • I can’t remember where I read this phrase, but I’ve had it written down at my desk for a couple of years now. So think about it, water has been carving the land for millions of years. Day after day the water persists and fights to get to its destination. It is no easy task by any means, and every day it passes over these rocks. These rocks can make a river’s life difficult, but the river persists still. The water can go around, over, or with enough time, even straight through these rocks. These rocks shape the river and cause the flowing water to adjust, pivot, and in some cases, change its direction entirely. However, without the trials that the rocks offer, the river would be a straight line. It would never change, never grow, and never adjust. Similar to this relationship, is the daily battle of humans and life. Life happens and it’s tough sometimes. You will be tested and challenged. You might have to change directions, pivot, or even go right through a mo*********ng rock sometimes. Fight hard this week my friends.

I would like to give a huge shoutout to my good friend/customer Roy Rincon, for crushing his weightloss journey thus far!!!!

Roy has made some monster moves with his health and has developed some amazing new healthy habits!

A little over 6 months ago, Roy was sitting at 400lbs. Today(since last weigh in) Roy is sitting at 300lbs!!!!! He has dropped 11.3% body fat and overall has lost 83.lbs of body fat!

People…. This didint ahppen over night.. It took dedication, discipline and consistency… You have to want to make the change.. Nobody can make you.. Nobody can do it for you, ITS ALL ON YOU..

You are the author to your own story, you determine the outcome…

Roy… Baby we are just getting started!!!! Let your greatness shine and let’s keep moving forward! I am beyond proud of you and the changes you have made to your lifestyle.. Never let anyone write your story for you and always remember you are enough and worth it brother!!
