Tuesday edition of Behind The Scenes - Spring Cleaning 🧹

Two or three times a year I pull every mat down off the wall and completely spray them with sanitizer and let them air dry. Then I flip them over and spray the other side. 🫧🧼🫧

We clean every piece of equipment we use after class each day but I like to make sure everything gets fully sanitized a few times a year.
