Redline Championships Introduces the Junior Select and Senior Select Performance Divisions
Redline Championships is proud to announce the introduction of two groundbreaking competitive divisions for the upcoming season: the Junior Select Performance Division and the Senior Select Performance Division. Designed to celebrate the artistry and entertainment value of all-star cheer, these new divisions provide teams with an exciting competitive pathway that prioritizes performance, ex*****on, and creativity over prescribed skill requirements.
The Junior Select Performance Division and Senior Select Performance Division are based on the age guidelines for Junior (14 years and younger) and Senior (10-18 years old) athletes, while removing traditional level restrictions and mandatory skill requirements. This innovative format gives coaches and choreographers the freedom to design routines that best showcase their athletes' strengths, allowing teams to focus on delivering engaging, polished, and memorable performances.
Rather than rewarding routines based solely on difficulty, these divisions recognize excellence in overall performance, synchronization, choreography, ex*****on, creativity, and audience engagement.
✅Junior (14 years and younger) and Senior (10-18 years old) athletes
✅No required skill level classifications.
✅No mandatory tumbling or stunt requirements.
✅Flexible choreography that allows teams to highlight their strengths.
✅Judging centered on ex*****on, performance quality, creativity, synchronization, showmanship, and overall routine impact.
The Junior Select and Senior Select Performance Divisions are intended to complement existing all-star cheer divisions, offering an additional competitive option for programs seeking a performance-first experience while maintaining the excitement and professionalism that define Redline Championships events.
The Junior Select and Senior Select Performance Divisions will debut and be offered at The Prestigious Texas Grand Nationals, Sunday, March 7, 2027 at the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas for this upcoming Redline Championships season.
