Tascosa Rebel Golf

Tascosa Rebel Golf season came to a close today at Regionals in Lubbock, just 2 strokes shy of advancing to State.

While the ending wasn’t what we hoped for, this team gave everything they had all season long. Through wind, cold, heat, and every kind of West Texas weather, these Rebels showed grit, determination, and heart every step of the way. This group made memories that will last a lifetime and even set a new school record along the way. We couldn’t be more proud.

Huge congratulations to Boys Rebel Golf!!!

Tascosa boys fired 278 (-10) in today’s final round to win the District Championship. Today’s round is thought to be a school single round record. 🥇

Slayde won the 2026 District 3-AAAAA Championship firing 69-68.
Scott won a sudden-death playoff with an eagle on 18 to claim 2nd place after shooting 78-68.

Dallas (79-70) and PJ (79-74) claimed the two individual regional qualifier spots.

District overall: Tascosa took 1st and 3rd! Black Team took 1st-Slayde Stevens, Scott Jameson, Parker Whitney, Drew Holcomb and Paxton Prator. Red Team took 3rd-Dallas Wrestley, Zian Delgado, PJ Roberson, Treycen McClure and Baker King.

It was a great weekend for golf! Aledo Invitational wrapped up today placing 6th overall. Friday played at Squaw Creek and Saturday at Split Rail. ⛳️
