•Receive a Velcro patch from the member that draws you.
•Sign up sheet will be placed to the right of the computer.
•Drawings will be held On April 24/25.

Important announcement! 🚨
Tornado Alley CrossFit is bringing back Thursday Night Throwdowns, but this year, they will be even spicier with the new AM vs PM format.
6 athletes from the AM will take on 6 athletes from the PM every Thursday night of the open. They will be competing for a trophy and bragging rights for the rest of the year!
First from the AM Bryan and Norma will take on Annie and Lluvia from the PM. The rest of the roster will be revealed Thursday night before the first throwdown.
