We’re looking for a Sales Associate who takes pride in precision and knows their way around both a bow and a rifle.

What you’ll do:
• Help customers with archery setups, tuning & gear selection
• Assist customers with fi****ms, optics & ammo
• Handle ATF-compliant firearm transactions
• Keep the shop dialed in, organized, and stocked

What we’re looking for:
• Strong archery knowledge (bow setup/tuning preferred)
• Solid understanding of fi****ms & optics
• Detail-oriented mindset – precision matters here
• Good with customers & motivated to learn
• Reliable and takes ownership of their work
• 18+ (must be legally eligible to handle fi****ms)
