Wednesday. Leg day.
Eleven days in and the reps keep stacking.
By now you are feeling it a little.
Muscles waking up.
Strength building.
Discipline settling in.
Today is a great day to focus on the legs.
Squats.
Lunges.
Step ups.
Glute bridges.
Whatever you choose, just get your reps done.
Your number is still your number.
