The Amarillo community will come together this Saturday evening for a candlelight vigil honoring those affected by the recent plane crash.

This gathering is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and support one another during a difficult time. We invite all members of the community to join us as we remember the lives impacted and stand together in solidarity.

We are heartbroken by the tragic loss of five incredible members of our pickleball community. I am truly grateful to have called them friends, and our hearts are heavy as we mourn Seren, Hayden, Glen, Stacy, and Brooke.

Please continue to keep their families and loved ones in your thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time.

We will share updates as fundraisers, events, and memorials are organized to honor their lives and the impact they had on all of us.

The pickleball community lost members of its family this week. Five players from the Amarillo Pickleball Club were taken too soon.

They played with passion, competed with heart, and represented everything we love about this sport.

To their families, teammates, and the entire Amarillo community: you are not alone. The global pickleball family stands with you.
