Today, we lost one of our greatest champions, Jack Welch. Jack has been a member and part of our family since the 1960s. Not only a local champion, he was a world champion and record holder in his class, multiple times. Our deepest sympathies to his family. He will be missed.

Congratulations, Rory McCoy on another First Place win at the
Powerlifting America Age Nationals!
Rory broke two national records for Bench Press and for Total Score in the 70 and up class.
Member Phil Rosenstern, despite injury, placed second in his category.

This weekend, club president Rory McCoy and member Phil Rosenstern will compete in the Powerlifting America Age Nationals in Corpus Christi on May 19th, with our best wishes to these accomplished multi-champion athletes.
