Hey Yogis

Come out on Sunday Oct. 4 - 4p-530p
To meet with our yoga instructor Stephanie and hear about her travels to Croatia, Bosnia and around Europe well she learned and studied Shamanism for her certificate.
You then will have an opportunity to sign up. As she will need a few participants to practice on as we all do after you get a certificate.

This will be held at the studio, so just come on in! We know you have lots of questions and are excited to see
