Our academy is over 25 years old. We have created 17 black belt professors in that time. Most were white belt beginners, while walking on to our mat for the first time. Experience, continuity, and love for “Gracie” Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is what keeps us going. New schools will call us “Old School. I say Battle Tested and proven!

When sending me a funny meme about how hard training is at 40. Please take into account that it hits different for me. That S**z was over 20 YEARS Ago For Me!!!! lol! I wish I were in my 40’s again. But 60’s ain’t too bad either. I’m a proud Boomer. 💪🏽🙌🏽🤙🏽🙏🏽❤️
