Big news 🎉

We’re so excited to officially announce that we’ll now be hosting monthly Childbirth Education Series classes at Four Bodies Community Wellness & Yoga Center in Eliot, ME starting next month!

These classes will be led by Bridgette Beagen, certified childbirth educator and birth doula, and are designed to help families head into birth feeling informed, supported, and confident. We’ll cover everything from the stages of labor and comfort measures to partner support, interventions, postpartum preparation, and more, all in a welcoming, judgment-free space.

Our June one-day childbirth class in Amesbury is officially full so this summer evening series is perfect for families still hoping to take a class before baby arrives!

Join us for a gentle, nurturing class designed to help you connect with your baby through the power of touch. This infant massage class is perfect for caregivers and their babies (newborn to one year old), offering a calm and supportive environment to learn and practice together.

During the session, we’ll explore a variety of safe and effective massage techniques, along with calming and soothing strokes that can help support relaxation, improve sleep, ease digestion, and strengthen your bond with your baby. You’ll leave with simple, comforting routines you can incorporate into your daily life.

What to bring:
Please bring a soft towel or blanket for your baby to lie on during the class.

All experience levels are welcome, come as you are and enjoy this special time of connection with your little one!

Join us for a 45 minute baby sign language class at our new space!

Sign language can be a vital tool for young babies and toddlers to begin communicating their wants and needs with caregivers. This is an introductory 45 minute workshop where you will learn the importance of sign language, how to teach your baby sign language and some of the most useful signs.
