Huge progress this week. More agility & higher jumps. Stayed focused and didn’t let the rain slow us down 💪💪
Full group. High energy.
We focused on speed, strength, snap shots, and doing everything with purpose. The message was to compete till the end and take pride in the details. They responded and crushed it!

Day 1 of our youth lacrosse clinic ended with a mindset talk. We took a poll from a few players asking them what it means to have confidence as an athlete. Stay tuned as we build on this tomorrow :)

Our summer youth girls clinic starts Monday! Led by Lizzy Deacon!
4 days of learning, games, competition, and fun! Director & 3x Olympian Kacey Bellamy will be bringing in her medals and speaking to group on Thursday!

Early morning work! Week 2 was hot but the athletes brought great effort every minute, earning their 4th of July weekend🔥💪🏻🔥
Off Ice hockey training goes until August. Some days still have spots available!
Day 1 of our summer off-ice training was AWESOME!! The athletes worked hard from start to finish and we are only getting better from here 🔥🔥
