We will continue to explore the Camp Kent grounds and the Powow River Conservation Area. There are lots of migrant bird species that have arrived, as well as many other refreshing signs of spring that we can’t wait to share with you! As we gear up for summer camp and more time spent outside, we will be learning about all of the animals and plants in this area. We are surrounded by wetlands that are home to a wide range of biodiversity. During our six weeks, we will become familiar with all kinds of amphibians, birds, mammals, and plant life. Let’s work together to build up our forts and shelters, and get creative with nature as our inspiration. As always, we will play our favorite games, while exploring using all of our senses. Please join us in welcoming the new season and longer days ahead!
