Parents with kids’ winter birthdays…..shouting you out here! 🗣️

When it’s raining 🌧️ , freezing 🥶 , snowing ❄️, or a combination of all three (sigh…..Ohio), do you struggle to find that space for kids to run around and burn off that energy??

We have the solution!! At Iron & Oak, we have plenty of climate-controlled indoor space for kids to run, play and celebrate—without spending the whole party stuck around a table.

Want to make it even easier? Add on our epic Bounce House and let us handle the setup! The kids can wear themselves out while the parents can sit back and relax.

No frantic cleaning before OR after a dozen kids come over. (Moms, you know 😅). No worrying about ensuring the kids have fun.

Winter birthday parties just got a whole lot easier!

🗓️ Now Booking-January and February are already filling fast!!

🐾 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT 🐾

Meet Curly

Nicknames: Curly Fry, Fry McGuy, Mike Fryson, Fry
Position: Director of Field Operations
Work Arrangement: Aggressively Remote

Professional Background:
Born into the sporting-dog industry. Quickly determined it wasn’t for him.

Core Responsibilities:
🦋 Butterfly pursuit & management
🔥 Fire watch
🛋️ Couch security
👀 General grounds supervision

While on the occasional shift at Iron & Oak:
He can most often be found stationed on the patio next to the fire pit, diligently performing his fire watch duties by intercepting rogue ashes before they hit the ground. It’s a highly specialized position. He takes it very seriously.

When not assigned to fire watch, he patrols the grounds for butterflies—another threat he has yet to successfully neutralize.

Key Strengths:
Highly motivated by airborne objects.
Exceptional commitment to rest and recovery.
Years of experience in couch-based operations.

Professional Development Opportunities:
Gun shy—which has proven to be a minor setback in his career as a gun dog.
Reluctant to report for duty when the couch is available.
Hearing has declined with seniority, significantly improving his ability to ignore management.

Recent Performance Review:
Management acknowledges that his current skill set bears little resemblance to the job he was bred to perform.

He did not hear this feedback.

⭐ Overall Rating: 10/10
Underqualified. Over-rested. Surprisingly committed to fire safety. Completely untouchable by HR.

We appreciate you Curly!
