MSP TEAMs stands for Together Everyone Achieves More which is a community outreach initiative started by Captain Anthony Dear. This initiative allows members of the Massachusetts State Police to start athletic programs related to their interests. The Unity Basketball League is run by troopers with the goal of encouraging communication between young people and police officers in a fun environment.
