The story I will tell myself today is:
I am enough.
I will not value myself based on the opinions of others because I am the only one who truly knows me.
I will not continue to give and do more for others at the expense of myself.
I have always been and always will be strong enough to walk into the unknown alone.
I am enough today, tomorrow, and always.

First ever cascades! Unfortunately we didn’t get our best attempt on video 🤦♀️ such is life.
NEAR Fest TRAINING was amazing. 2 days of heavy repetitions of tempos and I wish we had even more time (hint hint).
